Hi Carlo, I cant understand the export paperwork required. I have purchased many vehicles from Italy and we go to the ACI office where they stamp the documents and keep the registration. This is usually done in 1 hour?? Rob

rules have changed and it has become more complicated at a bureaucratic level but we
always obtain the necessary documentation, it's our job

Hi Robert and sorry for the delay but I came back from the Christmas holidays only last night,
2 years have passed since my last vacation....
About shipping times, we work in UK with Chas Mortimer, to make us a good price can come to
collect in Italy only when we can fill their van, they ask 6-7 bikes to collect .... currently we have to
deliver in the UK, in addition to your 2 bikes, 3 other bikes but if you have urgently we can hear
Chas to speed up the delivery

This is not the same motorcycle, the one in your pictures you advertised has drilled front discs and the bike is all polished and lovely, mine is a different bike!,
I am so unhappy and I need this problem resolved ASAP!
This is the bike below I received this morning, 06 Feb 2019, not no drilled disc as per your picture!
The bike is a mess and needs restoring, to my standard will take much time and a lot of money.

I received the bikes today and I am very very unhappy indeed!!
In fact I nearly put them back on Chas Mortimer’s van to return back to you!
The Moto Morini. Is not fully restored or even close to concours condition,
It needs restoring, just look at the pictures, it’s a mess!
( I haven’t even started either bikes yet)
Everything is un polished and vey old condition
Very old switchgear, bolts, screws, handles, levers, stands, not concours at all!
OLD AND TIRED CALLIPER AND FORKS, NOTHING POLISHED!
OLD AND TIRED, SAME STORY EVERYWHERE, HAND PAINTED FRAME, SHOCKING!
NOTHING RESTORED HERE EITHER

I am so angry it’s as I waited all over Xmas for these to arrive in this way has really pissed me off for sure.

Currently the sales manager is in California for the opening of our showroom, as soon as he returns to Italy you will be contacted
Regarding any damage due to transport, the courier is insured and we can request compensation for any damages
We can assure you that the bikes have been sent without the slightest damage and we have photographic documentation about them
Regarding the Moto Morini, it has not been described in concourse conditions but restored a few years ago and used only for vintage motorbike rallies ... more details will be communicated to you by the sales manager

I have many photos of the bike that was supposed to be restored on the website of Italian Vintage Motors, but the bike that came is a mess!, nothing restored at all, definitely a different bike, the discs on the brakes were different, the speedo kilometers were different, the dash lights headlights were Different, non-round but square...... And even more!
The name of the Owner is called Carlo di Maio (Sales Manager)

You can see that the Tachometer kilometres, more than 70000 kilometers!
The disc brakes are different and the bike is all rusty and is not remodeled.
I would never buy a bike with more than 70,000 km! The one on their website has only 34,000 km

Hi chas, I would advise you not to do any business with Italian vintage motors as I have recently heared that they are know to be scammers,
My Moto Morini isn’t what they advertised and I have here’d from others,
Owens motorcycles, internet search, http://www.italian-vintage-motors.com/
Also car and classics called me and gave me their advise, they have removed ALL their adverts due to numerous complaints.
I am trying to get a refund but looks bad at the moment.
